Race to Win

"It was a two-horse, two-jockey battle to the very last stride. It was a never forgotten struggle, and the shouts of the crowd rose to an unbelievable pitch as the two horses swept under the wire."

Mocha: Weimeraner Cross

"Often referred to as the "grey ghost" because of the distinctive color of its short, sleek coat, the Weimaraner is a graceful dog with aristocratic features. Bred for speed, good scenting ability, courage and intelligence, he remains an excellent game hunter and active participant in other dog sports." ~ AKC on Weimeraners

Christmas with Cats

As I sat down to write this post I was startled by a dull 'thunk' against the window. I glanced up to see the remains of a snowball stuck to the glass. A second snowy missile struck; my husband was pelting fresh fallen snow at me. We didn't get snow for Christmas, but for New Year's it's falling thick.
